Nazareth Farm Staff Responsibilities
 

Volunteer Staff Member: leads work crews, performs general upkeep of the Farm

Gardener:  directs planting, harvesting, and upkeep of four vegetable gardens

House Manager: plans and directs meal preparation and upkeep of the Main House

Administrative Assistant: assists the Director in various office tasks

Newsletter Editor:  designs/edits newsletter, organizes copying and bulk mailing

Store Manager:  manages the farm store, monitors merchandise sales, assesses store needs, researches and purchases new merchandise

Auto Mechanic:  responsible for general health and maintenance of farm vehicles

Volunteer Coordinator: corresponds with volunteers and group before they arrive at the Farm, and makes announcements during the group weeks

Project Coordinator: assess worksites and trains Volunteer Staff Members in basic construction

Director: in charge of all aspects of the Farm, including finances, community relationships, and staff development
