Reserving a Week: Our Lottery System
Here at the farm, we hold a lottery for High School and
College week availability. We decide by the amount of interest which weeks
we will offer during February and March. To help ensure that the weeks you
have off are offered is to send in you reservation form and deposit on time.
The deadline for High School Reservations is October
15th
The deadline for College groups is April 15th
The reservation form is linked to the left. On the
reservation form, there are three options to enter you’re preferred group
week. We will pick which weeks we will offer by your first choices. Once
we pull the lottery later in the month, we will contact the groups with the
results and provide more information of deadlines for money and the needed
forms. Each group is offered 8 spots, total. If there are cancellations
there may be more spots available.
Special Information for High School Groups
Each High School group is required to bring two
chaperones. This means one male chaperone, and one female chaperone, unless
you are bringing a group of all girls or all boys. If you are
bringing a group that is all the same gender, you can bring two chaperones
of the same gender.
It is also the rule of our Diocese that no 12/15
passenger vans are allowed for High School Groups.
For all those seeking to bring a group to the Farm, please consult, fill
out and send in all the forms to the left at least 1 month before you
